Postnatal yoga is designed to help new mamas restore physically from the demands of pregnancy and motherhood.  Toning and strengthening the whole spine as well as the abdominal muscles, working on the pelvic floor muscles, relieving and aligning feeding shoulders and the upper body.  It also provides a much needed place to unwind, relax and regenerate energy levels.
