Let’s practice together
Join me for weekly in-person classes in Somerset, online sessions, workshops, or 1:1 sessions. My group classes welcome all levels and support ease, presence, and connection on the mat. For personalised guidance, 1:1 sessions are tailored to you and your journey.
What should I expect?
I primarily teach a slow flowing style of yoga, weaving together the Buddhist meditation methods of mindfulness and compassion, a strong focus on the breath and its healing qualities, and some longer-held Yin or Restorative poses to help soothe the nervous system. I like to encourage thoughtful and conscious movement as well as deep inner listening to help cultivate a quality of attention and care that translates into daily life.
Inspired by the seasons and cycles, ritual, ceremony, prayer and music, I enjoy being creative and experimental, working with a variety of sequences and themes to help my students deepen their practice and understanding.
For me, yoga is about coming home to ourselves - to feeling, listening, breathing and resting in the beauty of the present moment so that we can receive the intensity of life with more ease
My friendly, down-to-earth and balanced approach to yoga has helped to make it accessible to people of all ages and abilities and my intention in teaching is to take the spirit of mindfulness off the mat and incorporate it into daily living.
Through movement, breath, and turning inward, the swirling energies of fear, anxiety, and overwhelm begin to shift. Stagnation eases, old stories soften, and the nervous system settles. Yoga becomes a practice of release and healing - guiding you to step fully into your life.

I teach yoga for all levels, blending styles that support body, breath, and mind. Each class is designed to help you feel grounded, present, and connected to yourself.
Hatha Yoga - A traditional style focusing on alignment, breath, and mindful movement - perfect for building strength, flexibility, and presence.
Vinyasa Yoga - Flowing sequences linked with the breath, combining movement and stillness for energy, focus, and calm.
Yin Yoga – Slow, deep stretches held over time to release tension, restore flexibility, and encourage deep relaxation.
Restorative Yoga – Supported poses with bolsters and blankets allow the body to fully relax, the breath to deepen, and the mind to settle. A deeply nurturing practice for restoring energy and calm.
Meditation & Mindfulness – Drawing from Buddhist Vipassana meditation, these practices guide you to notice thoughts, sensations, and emotions with kindness and curiosity. Meditation helps you quieten the mind, connect with your breath, and cultivate calm, clarity, and presence in daily life.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. A blanket or cosy jumper is nice for the end of class when the body cools.
