Winter Reset

a weekend retreat to support you through the winter months

I've designed this online retreat for you to do over a quiet weekend of your choice, and at times that work for you.  You'll be guided through a well-balanced schedule of active and passive yoga, breath practices, meditation, journalling, and invitations to rest, eat nourishing food and spend time in nature, so that you can move through the winter season with a sense of clarity and balance.

Your weekend retreat will be active for one month, so choose your desired weekend, and maybe even another one too, and feel free to also repeat any of the individual classes as much as you like.
